We have three voluntary-aided church
schools linked with St Gabriel’s:
St Saviour’s Infant School, Christ
Church Junior School and Twyford High
School. They are separate institutions
but have a very close relationship
with one another. Each of the schools
achieves high standards, a fact borne
out by recent inspections and test
results.
The church takes its educational responsibilities
very seriously. The vicar is a governor
at Christ Church School, and he regularly
visits Christ Church and Twyford Schools
to celebrate the Eucharist. The schools
take their church status equally seriously,
with a clear Christian ethos, daily
collective worship, and an atmosphere
of mutual care and respect among pupils
and staff.
